DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY

Acorod Servicios de Protección S de RL de CV is committed to complying with applicable labor regulations, through adherence to laws, rules and standards, as well as the current internal work regulations, ensuring respect for the rights of each employee of the organization based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the following:
• Forced employment will not be used; all employment must be voluntary.
• Child labor will not be used in accordance with applicable regulations.
• The working day must not exceed the established maximum.
• Overtime work is voluntary; no worker will be forced to work overtime except as provided by law.
• The wages paid to workers and their deductions will always be in accordance with applicable laws on wages and benefits.
• No form of violent or inhumane treatment will be tolerated, including harassment, retaliation, sexual harassment, corporal punishment, physical or mental coercion, or verbal abuse towards workers.
• No discrimination based on race, age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnic origin, disability, pregnancy, religion, political affiliation or marital status will be permitted.
• We will resolve any type of work or ethical situation through frank and open communication without fear of retaliation.
• Employees will be required to undergo training and will be able to aspire to new opportunities for development and growth.
• We are committed to continuous improvement in processes and actions that lead to a better work environment and well-being for workers.
It is the obligation of all employees of Acorod Servicios de Protección S de RL de CV to observe and comply with these guidelines, as well as to report violations of this Declaration of Conformity to the Human Resources process, and management will also ensure that it is disseminated and fully complied with.
